Before this goes live: This is a starting draft to unblock building, not a finished legal document — given this handles real payments and customer data, a real lawyer should review the whole thing before you rely on it with paying customers. One thing is still genuinely unresolved and marked {{UNCONFIRMED_...}}: which state/country's laws apply. That's not something to guess — it needs an actual answer from you. The support contact below is your personal email as a stopgap, not a real support inbox yet (the speedys.site domain can currently send email but not receive it). No business address is listed, by request.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Speedy Sites (the "Service"), operated by Neighbourhood Automation Experts, LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

Speedy Sites builds and hosts a website for your service business based on the information you provide through our intake form. We generate the site, host it, and keep it running for as long as your subscription is active.

Free trial

New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial at no cost. If you don't cancel, billing starts automatically when the trial ends.

Turnaround guarantee

We aim to deliver your first website within 60 minutes, measured from the moment you click the confirmation link in your sign-up email — that click is what starts the build. If your first website is not delivered within 60 minutes of that click, we will waive the hosting fee for your first 12 months on that website. The waiver applies to the first website on an account, is claimed by contacting us at the support address below, and covers 12 months of subscription for that website only — twelve monthly payments, or one yearly payment, whichever you are on.

The guarantee does not apply where the delay is caused by information we are waiting on from you, or by an outage at a third-party service we rely on and do not control.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose at checkout — at the price shown at checkout, through our payment processor Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we don't charge for time after that. We don't offer refunds for part of a period already paid, except where required by law.

Yearly billing

A yearly subscription covers twelve months and is charged as a single payment in advance. It is priced at nine months of the monthly rate, which is what "three months free" means — there is no separate credit or refund. It renews each year unless you cancel. You can move between monthly and yearly at any time from the billing portal on your account page; the change is priced by Stripe from the time remaining on what you have already paid for. The free trial is the same 30 days either way, and is offered once per account.

Your content

You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, photos, and other content you submit. You confirm you have the rights to any photos or content you upload. We use what you submit only to build and operate your site.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to submit false business information, content you don't have rights to, or content that's illegal, fraudulent, or infringing.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
